Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Foxglove Willow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Anchorage, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 249 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
