Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Lumen Sable Property Management manages apartment communities around Nashville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 312 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
