Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Summit North Markets serves neighbourhoods around Phoenix with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
