Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Lumen Quill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Fresno area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
