Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Fernwood Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Oklahoma City region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
