Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge Vale Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
