Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Redstone Kestrel Markets serves neighbourhoods around Tulsa with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
