Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Loom Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
