Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bluepeak Drift Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
