Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Cedar Field Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
