Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Clearpath Umber Hospitality is a hospitality company in Charlotte with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
