Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Sacramento producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
