Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bright Oak Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around San Antonio. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
