Silverline Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
