Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Ironwood Lakeside Farms is an agricultural business based around Tampa, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
