Nova Ember Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
