Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Harborlight Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Denver. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
