Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge Juniper Health runs clinics and patient services around Baltimore, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
