Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Foxglove Pike Auto Group is a Savannah company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
