Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bright Vista Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
