Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Foxglove Cedar Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Charleston, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
