Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Foxglove River Pharma develops and makes medicines in Reno, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
