Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Madison plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
