Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Lumen Glen Facilities Group looks after properties across the Portland region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
