Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Basin Facilities and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
