Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Hollow Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
