Ironwood Cedar Foods Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system.
