Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Lumen Oak Foods produces packaged foods at its Tampa plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 752 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
