Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Orchard Farms Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
