Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Rivermark Yarrow Health runs clinics and patient services around Columbus, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
