Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge Haven Pharma develops and makes medicines in Sacramento. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
