Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Foxglove Oak Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
