Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Redstone Meadow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Milwaukee, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
