Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Foxglove Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around St. Louis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
