Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Lumen Beacon Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Richmond, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
