Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bright Granite Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
