Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Clearpath Harbor Farms Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
