Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
