Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Stonegate West Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Boise region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
