Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
