Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Summit Timber Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
