Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Clear Farms is an agricultural business based around Salt Lake City, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
