Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Northwind Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Las Vegas with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
