Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Cedar Quill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
