Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Northwind Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Buffalo. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
