Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Raleigh, NC)

Cedar Stone Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Raleigh region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
