Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Vale Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
