Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Nest Markets Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Providence. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
