Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Field Property Management manages apartment communities around Providence, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
