Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Ivory Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Providence. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
